PROBLEM

Multiple services inside the digital ecosystem had their own credentials and login user experience. Generally, each service had too many steps in the customer journey for registration. That was heavily impacting conversion.

40% of existing users had login issues. Customers were constantly losing their passwords which affected retention of the services.

SOLUTION

A central user authentication platform that was embedded into the web services and mobile apps to perform a unified user registration/sign-in process.
